Although Spring sports are preparing for some exciting competition, we look back to recognize some outstanding Winter sports achievements.

In Boys’ basketball, a total of five players, including first team selections Trevor Bullock and Will Hannah, have earned All-ECC honors.  The Eagles were one of only two league members to earn five all-conference honorees. Along with the first team honorees, junior Ryan Gallimore and sophomore Brad Hall earned second team honors, while sophomore Ben Greenwell was honorable mention.

The Lady Eagle’s Basketball team also had some notable honors, with 4 players being recognized, including Seniors Brooke McDonald and Bridget Rheude being named ECC first team. Second team selections were sophomores Taylor Foster and Kelly Noll. Senior Shayna Simmons received honorable mention.

In Boys Bowling, Seniors Kyle Chance, Steven Gillespie and Nick Tringelof, as well as junior Timmy Goodyear were named second team.  Senior David Shelton received honorable mention.  For the Girls’ team, Senior Racheal Mitchell was named first team, sophomore Sarah Schmidtgesling and juniors Lauren Best and Brandi Norman all earned second team honors.  Senior Madison Canada received honorable mention.

ECC Academic Quiz Team “Athlete of the Year” goes to Milford’s Conner Marshall! Senior Max Hartley was named ECC first team and junior Darci Ponchot was named ECC second team.

Congratulations to all of these athletes and teams for their hard work and dedication to their sports.
