Softball: Milford’s victory over Turpin on April 27 was Christy Gregory’s 200th as the Eagles head coach. After wrapping up their 2nd straight ECC title, the Eagles won their sectional final with a 3-1 victory over Harrison. Milford faces top-seeded Lebanon High School in the District Championship game on Friday at Lakota East. First pitch at approximately 5:45 pm.
Baseball: The Eagles finished the season with a 21-6 record and captured their fourth straight Eastern Cincinnati Conference championship. Congrats to pitcher Justin Arnold who threw a Perfect Game against Turpin on April 24.
Boys & Girls Track: The Boys track and field team finished fifth at the Eastern Cincinnati Conference Championships last week, the highest finish for the boys since the inception of the ECC. For the girls, Clare Cartheuser (card-houser) set the new MHS discus throw record and was the Eastern Cincinnati Conference champion in the discus event. District competition began yesterday for both the boys and girls and will conclude Friday @ Mason High School.

Finally, congrats to all those staff and students involved in Milford Athletics this year for a number of outstanding program accomplishments, including an overall 3.3 collective in-season GPA (average of all participants), 5 ECC Championships (most since joining the new league) and a top 3 ECC All-Sports finish (highest since joining the new league). A great year and Go Eagles!
