Congratulations, Eagles Football!

A huge congratulations to our Milford Eagles football team and new head coach, Tom Grippa, who beat the previously-undefeated Anderson last Friday, bringing the team to 8-1 overall, 6-0 in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference! With one more game this coming Friday (v. W. Clermont at home), the Eagles are projected to make the playoffs for the first time since 1986 … and if they win this Friday, they win the ECC title outright!

I was intrigued by this article in Education Week titled, “Stop Teaching Students What to Think. Teach Them How to Think.” Wow, I thought – I agree with that, 100%.

Forecast through FY2022 is strong

Every May and October, school districts are required to file an updated Five-Year Forecast with the state of Ohio. Treasurer Debbie Caudle presented an executive summary of the Forecast to the board and community at the October 19, 2017 meeting.
